U.S. Supreme Court Invites 2 Amici To Take Part In Health Care Reform Appeal
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. Supreme Court on Nov. 18 invited two District of Columbia attorneys to submit amicus curiae briefs and arguments in an appeal of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) (Florida, et al. v. Dept. of Health and Human Services, et al., No. 11-400, and Department of Health and Human Services, et al. v. Florida, et al., No. 11-398, U.S. Sup.).
