Teenage boys suspected to be under the influence in Boyle Heights school bus accident

Officials with the California Highway Patrol are reporting that the three teenage boys involved in the school bus accident in Boyle Heights are being investigated for being under the influence. The three boys were in a BMW that ran a red light on Monday, killing a pedestrian and injuring 21 in a school bus.
The driver of the BMW is also expected to face at least felony hit-and-run manslaughter charges, according to investigators.
