DAYTON, Ohio – A former employee of an Ohio accounting services company has shown that other employees are similarly situated for the purpose of notifying them that they can opt in to her collective action for unpaid overtime wages, an Ohio federal judge held Feb. 1 (Theresa M. Motorola To Pay $ 200M To Settle Securities Class Action Claims

Motorola, Inc., et al., No. 07-4507, N.D. Ill.).
