I’m all in on the vitamins and FRESH RAW GARLIC. I’m sooo happy someone else posted garlic. Just blend it in with some OJ and you’ll be fine. A historic remedy is a tea of Peppermint, Elderberry, and Boneset. Boneset is not easy to find in herb stores but it does grow in New England. My number one for ANY ailment is cayenne. As much of it as you can handle. Caution if you have ulcers start with VERY small amounts, but it can actually heal your ulcers if you start small & work your way up.
