WHEELING, W. Va. – A West Virginia federal judge on July 8 held that an auto insurance policy’s forum selection clause was valid and enforceable, thereby granting an insurer’s motion to transfer the case to Pennsylvania federal court (Artie H. Sauvageot v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co., No. 5:11-cv-00013, N.D. W.Va.; 2011 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 73446).
