Lawyer Sanctioned for Behavior That ‘Tarnished’ Justice System
In a sharply worded decision, a New York judge has sanctioned an attorney after finding his behavior during litigation had “substantially tarnished” the justice system. The judge said the attorney “acted in a consistently unprofessional manner” and “appears to believe himself to be above the law and beyond reproach.”
