Harley Davidson Owners Claiming Defective Construction Denied Class Certification
LOS ANGELES – A California federal judge on Jan. 26 denied a motion to certify a class of Harley-Davidson motorcycle owners who claim that a defect in the construction of their bikes has caused “severe wobbling” (Steven C. Bruce, et al. v. Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc., No. 09-6588, C.D. Calif.).
