FTC Action Seeking Injunction Against Acquisition Is Transferred

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A federal judge in the District of Columbia ruled Jan. 26 in an unpublished opinion that the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia had personal jurisdiction over the defendants in the Federal Trade Commission’s action seeking to stay an acquisition but that the action should be transferred to another district (Federal Trade Commission v. Graco Inc., et al., No. 11-cv-02239, D. D.C.).
