Former RRA Partner Holds Out Hope for Settlement in Firm Bankruptcy
A confidential settlement between Scott Rothstein’s former equity partner Stuart Rosenfeldt and the court-appointed bankruptcy trustee could be reached by week’s end. If not, Rosenfeldt said he will hire a bankruptcy attorney. Rosenfeldt said he has not been contacted by federal authorities in the criminal case against Scott Rothstein and hopes he will not be. “The government gave me back my Mercedes-Benz,” he said. “That’s a good sign.”
