Defendant Seeks Order To Pay March Test Trial Costs In FEMA Trailer Litigation

NEW ORLEANS – One of the defendants that prevailed in the March Federal Emergency Management Agency trailer formaldehyde products liability litigation trial in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana filed a motion July 9 to assess taxable costs to the plaintiff who lost the trial (In Re: FEMA Trailer Formaldehyde Products Liability Litigation, No. 07-1873, MDL 1873, E.D. La.; Lyndon T. Wright v. Forest River Inc., et al., No. 09-2977, E.D. La.).
