Brown Rudnick On Hand for Beacon Power Bankruptcy Filing

Two months after Solyndra sought Chapter 11 protection despite receiving a $535 million federal loan, another company that got taxpayer funds under an Energy Department program has filed for bankruptcy. Beacon Power, which received a $43 million federal loan, has retained Brown Rudnick to handle its Chapter 11 case.
