Bankruptcy Judge Limits Access To Confidential Information In Filene’s Bankruptcy
WILMINGTON, Del. – The bankruptcy judge presiding over the Chapter 11 proceeding of Filene’s Basement in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Jan. 24 ruled that creditor access to confidential and privileged information was limited (In Re: Filene’s Basement LLC, No. 11-13511, Chapter 11, D. Del. Bkcy.).
