@Drew776655 Yes but just because people of one ethnicity are more likely to engage in an activity doesn’t mean they’re being targeted for it. What does PP do, reproductive health cervices, so by setting up shop in low income areas & offering services at cost/loss they are racist, truth is the reason PP sets up in these areas is because that’s where they’re needed, if your well off you don’t need planned parenthood, because, you can go to a for profit doctor & get the same services.
@yellowkrux AND, yes, you can and will be tried and convicted for Murder if you punch a pregnant woman in the stomach with intent to kill the baby. You don’t get a slap on the wrist for practicing medicine without a license. Even the government recognizes that an unborn baby is alive, is human, and has a right to life. Roe V. Wade actually supported this assessment. It just says that the woman’s right to privacy is more important than the baby’s right to life at that time.
@yellowkrux Also the people propagating the claim that abortion is racist because black people have more abortions are always prolifers using it as an argument that it should be illegal. It seems kind of ironic that there saying that something should be illegal because black people are more likely to do it & therefore it’s racist. It jut that to me outlawing something because a minority ethnic group is more likely to do it, seems kind of racist.

The women are the ones CONTRACTING the killers, that would be the abortion docs. Technically they should both be guilty of conspiracy to commit murder for hire. And just because someone has a choice doesn’t mean the one doing the targeting isn’t racist or doesn’t have racist motives.

I agree targeted abortion is racist, except there is no targeted abortion, we have freedom of choice in this county & no one is forced to have one. Also PP is a social service, it makes sense that they would set up clinics in black neighborhoods, because black people are statistically much less likely to have insurance, more likely to be poor & still need, birth control,disease screening, prenatal care, abortion, etc…

So in case you missed it, abortion itself isn’t racist, but planned parenthood IS for targeting black people for abortions. Besides their advertising practices, the 92% figure demonstrates just who they’re after.

Also do you not recognize the difference between discrimination in hiring practices & people of a certain race being more likely to engage in an activity? If 100% of abortion patients were black, it still wouldn’t be racist because it’s up to the indavidual if they get an abortion. In a way your argument sounds like you think abortion is bad because black people do it?
@vegetablesoupify – Maybe if cotton shirt manufactures hired 92% African Americans to pick cotton for them, then it could be racist, wouldn’t you agree? I don’t want to get all mathy here, but in 1994 abortions were at 60 for blacks and 35% for whites. But as blacks are 12.5% or the population and whites are 75% or the population. So it means that in a world where blacks and whites have equal numbers, AFRICAN AMERICAN BABIES ACCOUNT FOR 92% OF PLANNED PARENTHOOD’S ABORTIONS.

Like it or not, we have abortions today thanks to Sanger and other Democrats extreme hatred of blacks (Democrats of the era were ridiculously racist and evil).
Thanks for bringing up this issue LaneCh. PP might seem like a positive thing for alot of people, but it does not address the real problems of society today. There are alot of risks living in a (inner) city, one of which is dependence and scarcity of resources. People need to realize that PP only serves to sustain a process that might not be too healthy.

@vegetablesoupify So you’re saying women have a right to kill a baby because it is inconvenient to irresponsible women(I am not calling all women irresponsible). The fact over a million babies are murdered each year is way more important than the prevented STD’s, etc are a result of planned parenthood. Here’s another way to prevent std’s, don’t sleep around. Oh, wait…that requires self control. I guess that’s too inconvenient.
