9th Circuit Affirms Dismissal Of Nevada Man’s Action For Defectively Built Home
SAN FRANCISCO – The Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Jan. 25 upheld the dismissal of a man’s construction defects action, concluding that the trial court properly dismissed the case for lack of subject matter jurisdiction (Neil M. Johnson v. Comfort Residential Partners LLC, et al., No. 11-15459, 9th Cir.; 2012 U.S. App. LEXIS 1534).
