8th Circuit Vacates Dismissal Of Consent Decree In Wrongful Termination Suit

ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Jan. 31 found that a Minnesota federal judge abused his discretion when he refused to approve a consent decree after finding that federal jurisdiction was not proved (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, et al. v. Product Fabricators, Inc., No. 11-1241, 8th Cir.; 2012 U.S. App. LEXIS 1771).
