6th Circuit Vacates, Remands Portions Of Copyright, Trademark Case

CINCINNATI – A Michigan federal judge erroneously denied a pro se copyright and trademark infringement defendant’s motion to set aside entry of default judgment, the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals concluded Dec. 13 (Dassault Systemes S.A. v. Keith Childress, No. 10-1987, 6th Cir.; 2011 U.S. App. LEXIS 24582).
